Must Visit Places in Singapore

Just think that you have seen and done all there in Singapore! Then what next? Nothing! You should think again! Because there’s so much more to Singapore to explore and I have come up with a checklist to make sure that you don’t miss out on it.
You might feel that it’s one of the most expensive cities in the world, but trust me it’s all worth it. From being cleanest to the best-planned, it’s the most entertaining city.
I found extraordinary gardens, impressive architecture, world-class performance venues, and shopping streets during my visit.
Singapore has racked up with plenty of beautiful and attractive places and must visit them all. So, here I’ll be sharing my own experiences from my visit to Singapore.
Gardens By the Bay
This is one of the most hugely popular tourist attractions in Singapore. I was amazed by the breadth of plants and the creative ways in which they’re displayed. The view was awe-inspiring. I also so the cloud forest which was mimicking the cool-moist ecology of the tropical highlands.
National Gallery Singapore
This gallery has more than 9,000 works as it owns the largest public collection of modern art in Southeast Asia. I spend around half a day wandering the museum’s many galleries.
Jewel Changi Airport
I’m sure you must be wondering that why I’m asking you to visit an airport. It might seem odd to hang out in an airport but trust me Jewel Changi airport is not an ordinary airport. The transportation hub here is also a nature-themed shopping, dining, and entertainment extravaganza that has been designed by the architect Moshe Safdie. In fact, 20 airlines allow you to check in 24 hours before the flight takes off so that you can enjoy the beauty of this airport.
Merlion Park
This park has Singapore’s iconic 28-foot Merlion statue, a half-fish, half-lion stone carving that shoots water into the bay. I would highly recommend visiting this place because of its beauty.
Marina Bay Sands
If you have heavy pockets, you can do a lot from having a meal at a Michelin-starred restaurant to check out the view from the SkyPark. I believe that the massive Moshe Safdie-designed mall, casino, convention center, and the hotel is perhaps Singapore’s most iconic building.
St. Andrew’s Cathedral
If you are visiting Singapore for the first time then you just can’t miss this giant, wedding-cake-like monument in the middle of Singapore’s Civic District—it’s one of the oldest buildings in the area. This place is a gem for history as it has a highly rich cultural heritage.
Sentosa
This island resort is home to major tourist attractions like Universal Studios Singapore and the S.E.A. Aquarium. This island is like a tourism machine. I honestly enjoyed myself here a lot.
Night Safari
This is the world’s first safari park for nocturnal animals and it is also the most popular one for the same. When I visited this place, it took around 40 minutes to take a tour around. The tour was comprised of seven themed geographic areas.
Trust me Singapore’s beauty needs to be explored. So, what are you waiting for? Start planning for your trip soon!
