Trip to Darjeeling

This place will give you views of peaceful scenes and tranquility all over the place. You can get some of the amazing clicks over here. I would recommend visiting this beautiful place during the time of sunrise and sunset.
- Rock Garden & Ganga Maya Park
This garden is located only a few kilometers away from Darjeeling Town. I found some beautiful small bridges and natural water stream here. The view was so beautiful that I would love to visit this place again super soon.
- Nightingale Park
Many tourists and locals visit this beautiful park to see the gorgeous views of the Kanchenjunga ranges. Lush greenery and soothing winds make this place a perfect one to visit.
- Himalayan Zoological Park
If you are a wildlife lover then this place is a perfect fit for you. This park is like a replacement for the zoo. It is home to a wide range of flora and fauna including goral, snow leopard, Himalayan palm civet, and Himalayan black bear.
- St. Andrew’s Church
This church is a must-visit place to experience utter peace and tranquility. It is located near the mall and holds many memories of the past that need to be explored. This place is so serene and calm that you will definitely like this place.
- Happy Valley Tea Estate
I must say that your trip to Darjeeling is incomplete if you are not visiting the tea estate. It is one of the oldest towns in the city and the beauty of this place is incomparable. I learned the process of tea making here and enjoyed it a lot here.
- Darjeeling Observatory Hill
It is located above the Chowrasta square which is situated at a distance of 2km from the Darjeeling Railway Station. There are many Hindu and Buddhist temples here. Believe me, it is one of the best tourist spots in Darjeeling.
- Bengal Natural History Museum
Here you can spot several varieties of birds and butterflies found in the hills, and one can also find preserved remains of various mammals, insects, reptiles, and birds. This museum is located in the heart of the city.
